Q
I've been depressed for as long as I can remember. It's something that has followed me around even since I wasn't old enough to have much to be sad about. I don't know what went wrong within myself this year. I know plenty did externally, but for some reason my thoughts went to a place I worked very hard for them not to be. Every single day the idea of killing myself crosses my mind at least once. I don't know if It's fueled by depression now, I think the future just scares me that much. Why..?

It seems like you might need to get some professional help for you’re depression! I’m sure the right therapist will help you feel better in no time! And it’s honestly the best thing you can do!

And don’t kill yourself, there are many people out there in the world that love you and would hate to see you go!  There is also much out there in the world that’s left to do, so don’t give up yet!

I hope this helps, and I hope you feel better soon!
